Project description:
452 Harman Street is a new six unit/ four story + penthouse apartment building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A variety of unit configurations, from full floor to duplexes, allowed the maximum floor area and unit count to fit in the tight 20’ wide site.The thin, vertical facade was accentuated with tall full height windows in the living spaces, combined with a vertical articulation of brick piers. The rear yard was stepped to allow fora casual seating area available to all residents.
