This new three-family residence is situated in Greenwood Heights, a stone’s throw from Park slope, Gowanus, Sunset Park, and Red Hook. It’s unique location in an M1-2D Zoning District imbued the design with an industrial materiality, but a domestic stature typical of other townhouses on the block, and surrounding streets.
