Project description:
This small 400 square foot garage behind a townhouse in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, was converted to a studio and guest suite, including a new steel and glass window wall facing the garden. The composition is a series of lines, planes, and volumes that sit together and create a dynamic and open composition. The space features a built in kitchen, full bath, and a sleeping loft, and office area.
