This pair of townhouse condominium conversions in Brooklyn Heights were done simultaneously, gut renovating each building with new layouts and demising. 153 State Street reconfigured two dwelling units into two triplexes by combining the cellar space with the lower basement and parlor floor. 151 State Street retained four units and created a lower triplex combining the cellar space with the basement and parlor floor, with three through floor units above. Both buildings feature a new roof terrace accessed by the top unit. The interiors were fit out with classic features including coffered ceilings, herringbone floors, walnut cabinets and bold marble.
