Project description:
The residence at 432 Park Ave is a 3,952 SF apartment that consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and library. The design aims to unite the main public spaces through a series of wood fluted panels, accented with cove lighting and plaster. The fluting is carried through to the library’s mill-work in a consistent rhythm of scale. The master bedroom also borrows the theme of layers through a play of textured layers and lighting. The children’s quarters borrow the materiality used through the design and takes shape in the form of whimsical domestic settings accented by rich textures and colors.
