Project description:
Situated in the heart of Park Slope, this 1899 townhouse was updated by adding bulk both vertically and horizontally. The interiors were completely renovated, creating thoughtful layouts with sophisticated interior finishes. The front facade was repaired and repainted, keeping its characteristic Brooklyn look, and new windows were installed.
The building is comprised of three units: a garden level duplex with a rear deck and full back yard, 2nd floor unit with terrace, and third floor + penthouse duplex with a balcony and exclusive roof terrace access. Each unit has a dedicated storage space in the cellar. This project was completed in late 2024.
